Q2 DJs Boov & Jones know two minds are better than one. Now they've created some DJ'in gear that allows them to use four hands instead of two and you can hear and see the difference...
Since they first came together James Boov & Lee Jones have constantly pushed the boundaries in their live sets. Their energy and desire to be different conjured ideas that were way outside the box, but they couldn't
deliver them live. So what was the answer? Easy. Create a new box.
12 months hard work later the Q2 DUAL DJ was born, a little gadget that allows Boov & Jones to both listen to each source (deck/cdj/laptop) independently. "We're more creative now" and "our sets flow more fluidly" say the duo.
Whilst launching the Q2 straight into a small tour of Asia, the guys were contacted by technical wizard James Zabiela being the first to recognise the potential of this new piece of kit. After road testing the Q2 for We Love's closing party @ Space Ibiza, JZ went on to adopt the gadget for his much publicised One + One tour with Nic Fanciulli, giving the Q2 DUAL DJ its first taste of industry recognition. Once the wheels were in motion things began to pick up pace, rapid. More and more big name acts came on board, including the PLUMP DJs and MYNC Project, all reaping the benefits of the Q2.

2009 and the Q2 continues to grow while Boov & Jones have just put the finishing touches to their new studio and currently working on their debut album with tour dates set to follow.
