QBAMBA, proyecto personal de Oli Silva "mû", es una formación de varios músicos llegados de diversos lugares de África, Europa y América, que combinan distintas tendencias sobre una base de raíces africanas.
El grupo nace en Barcelona, la primavera del año 2000. Durante el 2003 graban su primer disco bajo el nombre “Endjiram!” que es presentado en la sala Apolo de Barcelona en abril de 2004. A finales del 2006 empiezan la grabación de su segundo disco el qual se edita en enero de 2007, y que lleva por título “No kana muri gossi”.
Difícilmente clasificable, QBAMBA ofrece un espectáculo que permite disfrutar de la fusión de ritmos africanos con funk, afrobeat, resonancias flamencas y ritmos jazzísticos, entre otros, y de la cálida danza del oeste de Africa.
Un espectáculo de MUSICA y DANZA que se renueva constantemente a lo largo del concierto a través de las diversas atmósferas que se van creando, desde la más enérgica-frenética, pasando por la más tranquila y meditativa hasta la más envolviente y festiva.
