I have been listening to music since early childhood, but have been trying the creative end of it for the last 7 years. The sole purpose of this page is to share and promote my arrangements. Feedback and criticism are definitely encouraged (please do so). All tracks created thus far are instrumental - my interest in music is the beat, rhythm, and melody - the voice is just another instrument (in my opinion). Lyrics can either add to, or detract from the overall sound. Future compositions may or may not contain vocals. All of my online posted material can be accessed through either my profile song history, or my other MySpace page http://www.myspace.com/quantizedelectroniccomposition (which is primarily just used for song uploading). For some reason, the MySpace music player delays the start of each track by several seconds - if you click on a song please be a little patient - it will start to play. Please give the songs a listen and let me know what you think - you can either post a comment or send me an e-mail (qec07@hotmail.com). Again - your feedback is appreciated. What I use: Software - Steinberg Cubasis VST, Magix Music & Video Maker Deluxe (versions 6 and 10), Cakewalk Plasma, Fruity Loops 2 Pro Express, Cakewalk Kinetic 2, Cakewalk Studio Instruments. Hardware - my desktop, laptop, Casio CTK-611 keyboard (old, but works for what I need it for), Yamaha DJX-2B, Gemini PS-626 mixer, American DJ Q-D3 mixer, Stanton STR8-60 turntables, Alesis AirFX.
