QLS music is hardly suitable to be enclosed in one genre or “school”, and it stirs up strong emotions due to its intense melodies, or to the particular mix of styles including classical music, 70’s Rock, Progressive Rock, or even to the technical quality of their performances and the originality of their works... ......Discography..:.... ..1977: 'The Dead Dream' a psychedelically natured piece.. ..1984: 'Night Hymn' a melodic hard rock album.. ..In 1988 Paolo Paroni, a promising young student of organ, composition and orchestra conducting, joined the band and determined the decisive turning point for Quasar Lux Simphoniae.. ..1994: 'Abraham' - one act rock Opera, marks the birth of QLS genre.. ..1996 'The Enlightening March of the Argonauts', continues the ambitious path marked with Abraham.. ..2000 'Mit' a concept album, whose strength is a mix between QLS’s clearly defined style, and the finger-picking guitar style.. ..2009 'Synopsis' an homage to the group's various periods of composition styles..
