I have found that when you give love with a thought you feel it in yourself. Self is something if you give it away you end up having more. One step to finding drugs locked in your mind is to give it away to your friends. Give love and dont stop, cause you feel it in yourself. My step daughter said to her mom this morning "you dont love me. boo, hoo, hoo." She is 4 and one half. We told her to think that she does love her cause she was making herself feel bad. Do you see? The key to your happiness is in you not external. It is key to be selfish in this. It is a good thing to give love to everyone in every situation and you can. It makes you feel so good! Ok, now I want this to start sounding mystical cause this is!! The more love I give the more I feel. I think others see the way I feel and they make their own love. In every action it builds or contracts. Self is love if you give it away, you end up having more. I know this is true. It is a thing I do often. I give my selfish self away to God as much as I can. God takes me away never to return. But the thing is I am the viewer and nothing more. So when what I once thought was myself is given back, there is an empty space that is filled with God. Like a flask being emptied fills with air. This is done with intent and no thought. Same with giving love. You just do it and it builds. Love is the best drug I have ever felt. I suggest we give it all day to feel it all day! I know I will, just like with meditation, if my focus goes I keep putting it back till it stays. Till next time! The highest guy I know...
