COMPOST.* Freeze compostable materials, find a friend with a compost pile, and add the frozen compost to friends' compost when visiting, if unable to compost at home.*
Buy Organic.*
GROW your own Organic food.* Let the grass grow longer, save fuel, time, energy, and $$$, cut your grass half as often.*
Shovel the snow instead of using a snowblower or plow, it's good for the body and good for the environment*

Hm, cant say I expected such a shallow image for your profile picture. Perhaps my own thoughts of who you were and how respectful of women you were was a vast misconception. As woman I'm offended, as a net friend I now have a new opinion of you. Thanks for the years of off and on communications, I enjoyed them. But, that time has passed now. When we hung up I was feeling pain in my shoulder and neck from being in the same position for a long time and also the stress of my cat and everything, this morning I was sooooo in pain, I put ice when I woke up then hot then ice than a bath and now hot again, it feels better now! :)
cat is outside enjoying the sun, I would say its about 1/10 of the swallow that was there 2 days ago. hes strong and can heal himself, so can we :)
