Overall the night was a huge success. The music was brilliant and everyone had a great time =]. The best band had to be quarantine (even though sadly they didn’t win) closely followed by Forsaken Souls who were also very good. Quarantine were like really good and had the whole crowd singing along to trivium and jumping around. And quite personally they were BRILLIANT :D. The other bands were good, Alex’s dancing was hilarious and was probly the reason they won! Shiver were good but could’ve been a bit more lively, but were good all the same. But yeah... Quarantine FTW :D

The first band on the bill was Quarantine, a metal band who make their large influence from the New Wave of American Metal stonkingly clear. They provide a well devised mix of originals, along with a good selection of covers (Drowning Pool's 'Bodies' being the highlight of their set). They shut down with a tight rendition of 'Dying in your Arms' by Trivium, and left the audience wanting more, well evidenced by the only actual moshpit of the night.

A View From Sanctuary is a solid sweet song, awesome bass presence in what I would guess to be the chorus. Its really begging for some vocals!

Quarantine are fuck awsome! i've been to most of there gigs lol i like Quarantine because they are influenced in bands i love e.g Trivium, Bullet, Pantera etc. They get awesome mosh pits at there gigs, and there fuck awsome people to get to know.

...They bumped into each other randomly and spointainiousally started an Immense Band...they cause havok every time they play, starting severe moshpits and causing unimaginable injerys to peoples outerbodys and innerbodys.
