Since April 2004, Quarter to Nine has been spreading their infectious brand of rock across the southeast. Based in Nashville, TN, Justin Davis [Vocals/Guitar], Woody Herbert [Drums], and Casey Wilkie [Bass] began collaborating in late Summer 2003, laying the groundwork for what was to become a diversely influenced, yet truly unique phenomenon. The addition of guitarist Adam Fletcher solidified the foundation. The potential of the project was soon recognized by producer Jay Lillagore, who began working with the band, allowing the full vision of Quarter to Nine to take effect. They hit the ground running, recording their debut album "Give and Take," and continuing to innovate their live show. With the album complete, and maturity gained that only time brings, Quarter to Nine was poised to shake up the music industry, as well as continue to electrify new audiences. In mid 2006, a tragic fire struck the building that the band had begun rehearsing in only a week earlier, and all of their equipment, save the guitars and drummer Woody Herbert's favorite drum set, went up in flames. In spite of this horrendous disaster, the group pulled together to rebuild what they had lost. And with the help of friends and fans, they were back on the road in no time. Adversity had only proven the solidarity of Quarter To Nine as musical force to be reckoned with, and it was evident in the performances! The worst had happened, but the best was still to come! Early 2007 ushered in yet another set of changes for the group. Lead Guitarist of nearly three years, Adam Fletcher, announced that he felt it was time for him to part ways with QTN and pursue other obligations of his more seriously. Reluctantly, the other members of Quarter To Nine said good-bye to their comrad in April of 2007. Recently, Quarter To Nine has asked Evan Bugg to step into the lineup as lead guitarist and the band is working on new material for their forth-coming second album which has yet to be named. No dates have been discussed for the album's release, but the band is poised to strike again with it's catchy pop-energized brand of rock!
