映画美学校音楽コース在学生を中心に２００８年より活動開始。母体となる３人組ユニットから増殖に増殖を重ね現在の編成にいたる。大人数による集団作曲インストルメンタル、富山優子(aka cat-rat)が作編曲を一人で担当する歌ものという対極的なレパートリーを両輪として進むバンドワゴン。
