2004 it was, a band that came out straight from the mid-south emerged from the surface who claimed themselves as "QUEEN CITY CREW". The band's name is taken and inspired from the place which they represent "Queen City of The South" known to be as Cebu City. The hometown of "QCC", were hc/punk scene established back in 95'. It's quite...the scene is not that
huge but yet it's growing stronger from time to time and the band is on a mission not just for the purpose of playing music but to keep the scene intact and uphold the essence of "diy". Consists of five individuals "QCC" was formed for the love of "hardcore music" whom' they listen to as inspirations from daily life's struggle. Music is the outlet of their anger and frustration based on real life experience what you see is what you get from these fellaz. In your face message about personal struggle, loyalty to the scene, unity, lost
of a family/friend, friendship, injustice, and being backstab from a so-called friend. Their musical style ranges from old school to new school hardcore mixed up with beatdown tempo and not to forget the gang shouts in their songs. The band's principle is to hold down what they have started "QCC" is always a hardcore band from start to end...and they will keep on spreadin' the message about hardcore reality and stayin' true to the fuckin' game...it's all about music, passion, sincerity, and a way of life.
