That is such a broad topic. There are so many things about me that I could concievably talk about that I don't think there is enough space to contain it all here!! I guess I'll start with my name, which is Lisa. I hail from Fairbanks, Alaska and am currently living in Tacoma, Washington. I currently work as a live in assistant for people with developmental disabilities, a life that brings me much fulfillment and joy.
I am one of the most laid back people you could ever meet (though my family may beg to differ :-)). I love hanging out with people. Someone once told me that I am an extrovert trapped in an introvert's body, meaning that while I am generally a pretty quiet person, I kind of like being with lots of people. I think that's pretty accurate. I am a good listener, but will do the talking when the need arises!!
Who I'd like to meet: Everyone. Meeting new people gives me great joy!!
Yeah I did hear about the earthquake - very sad. The last time that I talked to Fabio was right after I moved into my house. I wrote him a letter last year but never heard back from him, so I assumed that he never got it (you know how the Italian mail system works). I would really like to get in contact with him to let him know about me getting married, but with me speaking minimal Italian, I do not see how that would be possible. You knew that Casa Kolbe closed, right? It was sold and the monks moved, now it has been renovated into a more modern and MORE EXPENSIVE hotel. Hopefully Ben and I will get there within the next few years.
Hey girlie!!! Yeah, things are getting closer to the move. We leave Arizona on April 3rd. We are pretty excited and are looking forward for a fresh start in Utah.
Awww, I had forgot all about that, we sure had a great childhood! Meg and I were talking about the Christmas stuff we all use to do, good times! Love you!
Thanks Sweetie. I am doing better, just have not been feeling well. I have been going through some stuff, but God is getting me through :O)
I hope all is well with you too. Hopefully you have something fun planned for Thanksgiving. We are going to my husband's Aunt's for dinner, so I am excited to not be hosting this year!
Well Sweetie, thanks so much for checking in with me! I hope God blesses you with a very wonderful Thanksgiving! Love, ~Sue Ann~
hey did u still want to meet for lunch?? I can let u know my schedule for next week, on Sunday!!! Hope all is going well, and hopefully we can meet up and catch up!!!
It is a famous line said by Howard Coseil during a boxing match, when Ali knocked down Frazier in the ring. J and I say it when Ella or the dogs take a tumble.
I'm really sorry to hear that sweetie, but just remember that God is in control, and if you continue to trust Him, He will provide. I will have you in my prayers for sure :O) As much as it hurts, try to use the experience in a positive way and be inspired in the things you can accomplish on your own (more time to spend with God!) Hang in there, you are a beautiful woman and anyone would be BLESSED to have you in their life!
LISA! I'm shocked at that question, we're practically family, trust me, you and your family would have been invited! (LOL) BUT, we are engaged and planning on a June wedding, we haven't decided if we are having a ceremony or if we may go super simple and elope.
