About Quickfix Recordings

Quickfix Recordings is an independent label based in Oxford, UK. It was started with the aim of giving the flagging music industry a much - needed shot of musical excitement. Seven years down the line and ten successful releases (including debuts by bands such as Youthmovie Sountrack Strategies and Smilex) Quickfix Recordings continues to push new music. However Quickfix Recordings is not just about recording bands or releasing records. Other projects also currently include, artist management/development, gig booking/promoting and previously we put together the popular local music radio show on Oxford's Passion 107.9fm. We put on a monthly night on the 2nd friday of every month @ The Wheatsheaf Oxford, we are up for putting all styles of music on so send us an message if you would be interested in playing one of our shows, if we don't reply feel free to bug us!
