Quickness is a rock band with blues, country, funk and jazz.
Quick Trio: Vytas on bass, Jerry Powell on drums, Quick on guitar.
Quick Trio is straight ahead jazz.
Jason Quick also performs solo. he will sing his own songs, play some old mountain music, and also he will stop singing and play jazz on the guitar.

My advice to electric guitar players: Wear your Jimi Hendrix pajama shorts as much as possible. I think they really help.
I could tell you all about my musical schooling, but school was a long time ago. The longer the better. I am using this site to promote my music projects. I just released my first cd of original songs. The title of the disc is "Get Used". On acoustic guitar and vocals, I perform material in old blues, deep country, jazz, reggae, rock and modern pop song styles. I am currently in the process of forming a band that will perform this material. You can hear the developement of the ensemble on monday nites at manhattans open mic, and whenever we perform at woodchuck's. In addition to the rock music, I am a certifiable jazz snob guitarist who leads The Jason Quick Trio. The group performs much original material in addition to some of the olde themes.
