    Hey Roy,

    Just sharing a gif animation I finished today.

    To make this, I tied together a series of screenshots from one of my favorite 8-bit "Sega Master System" games, "Phantasy Star". There are 265 frames in this animation running at 11 frames per second. Yes, this took a long time to put together.

    This particular sequence of turns doesn't actually exist in any of the areas in the game. I took screens from several places and did a lot of mixing and mirroring to put this together and make it flow.

    who knows if and when you'll ever read this ... but i just wanted to say congratulations:) i'm SO glad that it's you and not somebody else. you deserve this opportunity and i'm happy to hear you're finishing up the program.

    i hope you love LR as much as i did.

    if you need any tips or advice on how to get into a routine, please please let me know! especially with that old computer (but you should be getting the newer one soon) ... there's lots of funky ways of doing things. you'll figure them out.

    i'm sure we'll all do lunch sometime!!!! it's so funny/such a small world ... it's like we switched workplaces ... sort of.
