I am interested in gourmet cooking (both in resturants and my own) -- I LOVE to cook. I care deeply about local farming and organic foods. I study herbal medicine and love the great outdoors. I like to garden, but I'm really not very good at it. Sunday afternoons fishing in a local lake is fun -- cooking what I catch (if I catch) is even better.
I love to read -- classics like Emily Bronte; Science Fiction (Lary Niven is my favorite) and books that help me learn more about my hobbies (plants, cooking). I also love mythology -- all mythology really but Celtic is my favorite.
I enjoy hiking, yoga and sitting in the steam room at the gym.
Music
I have really eclectic taste in music -- I like old hard core punk -- heavy metal -- classic rock and country. Stevie Nicks is my favorite musician -- her music reaches me.
