I have a passion for roasting coffee to say the least! I love it!!!
Coffee is an art form to me, and I have studied and worked in industry since 1995. I've been a "Roast Master" since 1998. I've studied everything about the business, including the entire process of manufacturing, to distribution of truck loads of the stuff across the United States. I'm always stunned with the important role that the "coffee house" and this mentally stimulating beverage made from exotic cherry seeds have played throughout the world.
My favorite historical coffee house is the "Green Dragon", hailed to this day as the "Headquarters of the American Revolution". "Green Dragon" as it was dubbed, was a favorite meeting place for Paul Revere and the Sons of Liberty. These men used the "Green Dragon" to plan the Boston Tea Party. They drank beer, coffee and partook in a smoke as they dressed like Indians in order to try and pawn the whole scheme on the Mohawk Indians.
I'm currently organizing the development of a chain of nonprofit coffee houses in California. The coffee houses will support community libraries, and music and art events. The Unique Futuristic Oasis, Inc. is a California Public Benefit Charity that will manage the funds raised through the coffee houses. Their offices are currently located in Folsom, California.
Now, I don't expect these non-profit coffee houses to change the course of history as much as the “Green Dragon”, but if I can provide a comfortably charitable place for people to gather over a good meal, coffee and a few pints to discuss the issues that affect their daily lives, I'll be very satisfied.

The most flavorful coffee in the world is fresh roasted coffee. Fresh roasted coffee tastes best, roasted the night before. Fresh roasted coffee has a deliciously sweet flavor that is extracted from within each bean’s center.
The best coffee in the world is known as coffea arabica. The coffea arabica plant fills the beans with flavor by absorbing nutrients from the rich soil. Each unique origin of the coffea arabica plant produces its own unique aroma and taste of coffee beans.
Coffea arabica plants produce blossoms, and ultimately cherries that ripen to produce usually two coffee beans per cherry. The plants only blossom in areas within the equatorial belt regions on earth, located between the Tropics of Cancer and the Tropics of Capricorn. These coffee growing regions are some of the most beautiful and exotic places in the world.
I love roasting coffee which is the process that unlocks and extracts coffee's flavor oils from within the coffee bean’s center. Trained coffee roasters can modify the beans’ structure and taste by mastering the dramatic chemistry of the roasting process. "Roast Masters" as they are titled, study and master the roasting process to ensure that every bean is primed to its most perfect embodiment to each cup of quintessence.
I demand excellence in everything I buy and produce, and I take great care to meet the most exacting desires of my customers. It is my policy to only purchase the best arabica beans from around the world, then roast, then package, and then ship them the same day they are roasted. This ensures every bag of custom coffee beans will arrive fresh and flavorful, every time.
Who I'd like to meet: Generally, I leave this one to the great mystery. I really never know who or what will come along to guide me where I need to go next..8^) I do my best to recognize and treat every creature I come into contact with, as important and vital. I love to remind others how valuable and important they are and I appreciate meeting those who recognize how much they mean to those around them.
I connect well with, and I enjoy meeting painters, musicians, and basically anybody who can appreciate creativity, enjoy life with no harm unto others, and have the courage to actively participate, in a positive manner, within their surround...
