Quioui escorts you to a trip into the dark nocturne of postmodern life. The music they produce can be seen as a reflection of dreams. In that way the target is to unveil those nighty mysteries and put them into sound and scape.
QuiOui mixes acoustic instruments with electronic beats and sampling. The acoustic instrumentarium consists of xylophone, rhodes, (alt)saxophone, guitar, bassguitar, melodica, etc. The electronic part contains sampling (all kind of sounds), analogue synths and beats. Quioui is nightdreaming for reminiscent days on trains, cars, planes, bikes, for park, for pleasure.
