I am a spiritual seeker, traveling along a physical path of self-discovery.
I am a student of life, a spiritual being on a human journey.
I am a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a person in my own right – with hopes and dreams and a sense of purpose.

I am a Lightworker.

I am an instrument of Divine Love. I am a subtle worker of energy. I am not “professionally trained” in anything.

I am schooled by Spirit, sustained by Spirit, and my foundation is Spirit.



I am a writer, a wordsmith, a sometime poet, a person of voluminous written expression.

There are few things in life which I defer from writing about – I write about my personal life most especially, spiritual inspiration when I am blessed with it, opinions on just about anything, rants and raves, specific information for spiritual workers, sharing of quotations, and recommended practices or resources.

My blog is a large part of my personal work – that which I do for myself, and that which I do in the service of others.



My personal expression about events of my life is designed to show that there are variables on the path, while highlighting the power of Love & Light in our lives.

Through my sharing, you will sometimes read some very heavy information – it’s not always a light read; I do not always have a “lite” life.

But in the end, its purpose is to show the process of regaining the Lightness of life, how to get back on the path when we’ve stumbled.
We ALL do – I only hope that in sharing my process it will sometimes inspire others to keep getting back up and returning to the work at hand.

I also seek my own support through this medium. I am truly thankful for my friends.



I am not a professional teacher, guru, leader, motivator, speaker, psychic, healer or channel.

I am just a spirit – like you - having a human adventure called “Life”, and I feel led to share that experience with others.

If what I share lifts you up, then I have done my job. If it makes you think, then I have done my job. If it makes you feel love, then I have done my job.

Thank you for sharing in the process – it is through the sharing that we come to grow, and through our growth that we BECOME. In our Becoming, we unite to create a formidable force for positive change.

I have periods in which I am absent from some or all of these venues, as I believe the ..living.. of life is still a lot more important than the writing of the description of that life.

Sometimes the energies of life call me away from my online projects – but I always return in time.
If you wish to participate in any of my projects, realize they function in waves and cycles. But they are all alive and well. Even when I am not present and participating, I am monitoring and keeping the spaces clear for true exploration within a space of safety and peace.

I hope someday they will not necessarily depend so much upon my presence for their activity, that they will generate more and more lives of their own – becoming living entities for understanding, practice and spiritual mastery along all our paths.



I am happily married 17 years to my best friend, and empty-nesting now to some degree.
We live with and care somewhat for my elderly father.

I am currently unemployed, but needfully looking for work in the San Diego North County area.
I write (edit), I have worked retail, food service, and administrative/clerical. I am open to change and am a fast learner, 23 years computer literate, and a dedicated worker.

I open my field of possibilities for a flexible occupation that will fulfill my mission on some level, even if that is nothing more than bringing some Light to a sometime shadowy corner of the world.
I am a born and bred and always residing within California girl. I don’t see myself leaving it any time soon. It is HOME on far too many levels.

I am also currently caring for my husband who suffered a neck injury one year ago, and who is hopefully soon to be embarking on the final stages of healing and recovery. It is because of his healing process that I desire flexible work. I am still needed to tend to his process.



I am a dreamer, a visionary, a non-conformist, a late-born hippie.

I feel my mission includes being an anchor for Light in whatever space I find myself, being a conduit for Light through my every thought, word, and deed, being a sometime casual healer or teacher through words which I wholly believe Spirit brings to me, and eventually to perhaps write something more extensive and detailed than my usual blurbs.

I am still a work in progress, and am just now discovering what my purposes may be.
