One day back in Spring 2008, Sean made a joke Facebook page about a Glam rock band. Phil played along. Eventually they ended up living in the same house. They decided that collective rocking would allow them to reach inner peace. Glam rock turned out to be a little bit on the silly side so the boys decided to just go fucking crazy.
A few months later, Doug saw Phil and Sean rocking out at a Basement Party. Doug decided he wanted a piece of the action so he decided to make the group a trifecta of delightfully somber fortitude.
Doug soon decided to leave the country. By doing that, he forced the band to forge on with out his presence. They soon found Brian and sounds began to mesh.
It wasn't until the boys witnesed the powerhouse that is Farms at their famous Skeleton Key house venue that they were able to realize their full potential. Through a quick yet efficient interweb search, Nick was added to fill out the percussion section and add some extra flare. Q and the H were well on their way to becoming a well oiled robot with the capabilities to take down small farming communities with a single sonic BOOM.
Thanks for being our buddy! We intend to spread sound-tornadoes to every nook and cranny of this big beautiful planet. Hopefully we'll get to the MN zone sometime early next year - this one's all of a sudden all filled up. Keep checkin' in though - you just never know. YEEEOOOWWW!!!
The big Red Sea gig is now even bigger. There's still our two epic groups, plus a great, soulful, rockin' band called Stratagem Wile and... ZOMG!!! The Julie Puppets!!!
A new flyer for the show is in our pics section. Please feel free to grab it and re-post it here.
