The SolitaireOne first become known on the internet in the 3 million member community called Soundclick. In little over a year this artist has become known to many in that community for number of songs that have a kind of retro sound in blues rock and rock. Arthur has been the constant feature of these recordings but in a few recordings he is joined by a couple other musicians who are long time friends. Wanting to keep their lives simple and private this group of musicians and friends has not appeared together accept for a few occasional private performances. The original intent of the band was to just for some friends and former band members to collaborate on a few songs and just share them with some friends and family. But then others started to listen and comment on the music and play some of the recordings on their own internet stations. Soon the music of The SolitaireOne ended up on around 75 to 80 stations. Comments and e-mails started to come in and so the band continued to be encouraged to do more recordings.
Eventually The SolitaireOne came to Myspacemusic but much under the radar. So few outside of soundclick had ever heard the music of The SolitaireOne. So this is a new thing for "The SolitaireOne".
