Rachella Ray little ray of sunshine's Interests
GeneralNew music. Old music. Live music.

One day wanna build an ecohouse. Where I'll have a vege garden and surround myself with art, have an old Rhodes keyboard that I'll have mastered (yes, now the proud owner of a beautiful mark i Rhodes 73).

Yoga. Studied yoga with Godfrey Devereux (as an apprentice), that's him below.

Snowboarding (first strapped on a board in 1993).

Surfing (I'm shit but I love it).

I also love festival fun (been very spoilt in that respect as 90% have been AAA and been to so so so many in the UK and a few here in Aussie).

Enjoy shenanigans!!

Enjoy life drawing. Art galleries, and art. Cafes and travelling.

Awesome vehicles (pics of Holden Efijy below). Had quite a few classic cars. Lovely (not very environmentally sound though). Would love to do up a Mustang... and I think it'd have to be yellow.
lots more to say under the pics...

They call me the haki-sack queen (aka SPINderella).

Socialising and meeting people. Friends. Intelligent, informed conversation. AND outrageous ridiculousness. Dressing up.

Playing cards, particularly 500 and euka.

Learning. I love learning. Everything and anything; from anatomy to string theory.

Mokos (full facial tattoos), they are gorgeous, and intimidating.

Singing... been in a few bands.... just joining another one now.

Writing (gig reviews, poems, lyrics, stories, books). I used to be a performance poet, but seem not to be these days, still who knows?

Guitar (not v good), learning keyboard, used to play didgeridoo, but haven't picked it up in a long time (have about four, all gathering dust!!)

Soto Zen bhuddism, is, I believe, my religion, but perhaps it's the yoga sutras of Patanjali (see below).

Paraphyschology, metaphysics. Quantum physics. and stuff like that...

Anything that evolves us as humans... that uses our neo cortex, not the reptitilian responsive brain... I don't understand the word BORED and I don't understand the booboisies (look it up) who live like they are dead. I don't try to mind you. Not of any interest what-so-ever.

Try to live by the motto: No Blame. No Guilt. A la, the yoga sutras of Patanjali as interpretted by Godfri Devereux (godfridev.com), as interpretted by me. Godfri taught me about the illusory nature of volition, something clarified by Genpo Merzel Roshi (www.bigmind.org). Both amazing people. I have experienced the non-dual mind, (I say 'I' to make what I'm saying read, but it's not I, it's when the I is dropped).

About me:
Hmmm.

Tena koutou, e hoa ma

Whimsical. Sometimes contrary. I enjoy life and experiencing it. I like things like; yoga, rock n roll, zen, the great outdoors, campfires, stars, clean clear water, the sea, the magic of my homeland – Aotearoa, music, skateboarding, flowboarding, snowboarding, surfing, singing (heavy rock), life drawing, travelling, camping in the wilderness, festivals where we dress up and get down, baileys coffee in the mornings, good scotch and writing (poetry, lyrics, stories, stuff). Downhill Mountain Biking is my newest hobby.

I love doing loadsa positive stuff and learning... I have an insatiable desire to try everything. I don't know that I enjoy sitting still very much! But I do sometimes do it...
Also enjoy art, design, designing, ideas and especially PEOPLE.

Who I'd like to meet:
I WANTED ONE LIFE. YOU WANTED ANOTHER. WE COULDN'T HAVE OUR CAKE, SO WE ATE EACH OTHER. Leonard Cohen.

Anyone that induces me to smile or laugh. Laughter is so important.

*******people that know their heart and have the balls to go where it sends them*******

Lovely people who are honest and open and willing to LOVE.

People that are a stand for the transformation of the globe... come on, don't just sit there, it won't just happen. WE NEED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Your car is fixed. They pinched an O-ring putting the caliper back together. Its back on now. Didn't cost any extra. I'm home every arvo this week so you can come get it anyday. Drive away, no more 2 pay +0 interest! hahahaha.

I seen 3 stock looking HR's at the Rod meet tonight, some more earlier models too.
There was like a dozen Monaro's there, so I left cause I got depressed about selling mine for a plane ticket when you couldn't give them away. I seen one like mine sell for $40,000 the other day.
