About me:
The Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) (also referred to non-canonically as the "Special Tactics and Rescue Squad") is a fictional law-enforcing task force that appears in Capcom's Resident Evil survival horror franchise. The unit serves as a fictional equivalent to the actual SWAT organization .But for this page it is dedicated to the honorable members on the game Starcraft.
Resident Evil Story:
According to the instruction manual for the Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo DS versions of the game (as well as the Japanese manual of the original PlayStation game), the Raccoon Police Department's S.T.A.R.S. unit was founded in 1996 in order to combat the increasing rate of city terrorism and other crimes. The team was formed as part of Mayor Michael Warren's "A Bright 21st Century for Raccoon" campaign funded by the Umbrella Corporation. The team consisted of members with law enforcement, military and civilian backgrounds who specialized in various fields. It was comprised mainly of twelve members with two teams: Alpha Team (led by Albert Wesker) and Bravo Team (led by Enrico Marini).
In the events of Resident Evil Zero and the original Resident Evil, S.T.A.R.S. are deployed to investigate a series of brutal cannibalistic homicides which have taken place in the Arklay Mountains on the outskirts of the city; Bravo Team are sent in on July 23, 1998 to investigate these incidents.
However, contact with Bravo Team is lost and on the following day, Alpha Team are dispatched to follow-up on Bravo Team's mission. Their probe of the area leads to an isolated mansion, the Arklay Research Facility), where various mutated creatures (including the mansion's residents) have been transformed into undead creatures as a result of a viral outbreak. Alpha Team also find the remains of most of their Bravo Team compatriots; and discover the others on the brink of death, with the exception of Rebecca Chambers, who manages to escape with the Alpha Team.
It is revealed that the experiments in the mansion were conducted by the international Umbrella Corporation and that the S.T.A.R.S. team's leader, Albert Wesker, is a double agent working for Umbrella, who had orchestrated the deaths of his subordinates in order to collect test battle data for Umbrella's Bio-Organic Weapons (B.O.W.) research.
The team manages to thwart Wesker's plot by destroying the T-002 Tyrant prototype. Only Alpha Team members Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Barry Burton and Brad Vickers, along with Bravo Team survivor Rebecca Chambers, manage to escape the mansion alive.
After they return to civilization, S.T.A.R.S. request a full-scale investigation of Umbrella's activities. However, most, including their fellow R.P.D. officers, find their story unbelievable and the Chief of Police, Brian Irons (who was secretly on Umbrella's payroll) officially disbands the team and replaces the unit with the R.P.D.’s newly-established Select Police Force (S.P.F.) unit to serve as the city's armed response unit. Both Kevin Ryman and promising new recruit, Leon S. Kennedy, were members of this team. The surviving members of S.T.A.R.S. band together and participate in anti-Umbrella operations around the globe with the exception of Brad Vickers, who refuses to participate in their investigations and is killed when the outbreak ultimately reaches Raccoon City.
Our Story (Creative Story):
The S.T.A.R.S members defended the city on July 26,1998. It was a difficult job, and many of our men were dead. It was horrible to watch your comrade die and you can't do anything about it while killing these creatures that are conducted by the twisted company Umbrella.We defend the city for hours, Alpha Team, Bravo Team, and Charlie's Team were risking their own lives to protect the citizen's. The Alpha Team is lead by Jeffrey Dinh, the Bravo Team is lead by Akura Anthem, and the Charlie's Team is lead by Johnny Jr. Members are of the Alpha Squad had the most difficult job at the time and it was to defend the city while citizen's escape through a safe route. Alpha Team members, Jeffrey and Tony Dinh, and Leo, are the main members of that team to support this route. The S.T.A.R.S eventually defend the city until it quiets down. Nemesis is sent after them, Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie's Team, meet at the center of the city to take out nemesis and the remaining dead. The T-Virus spreaded throughout the city and The United States approved the bombing of Raccoon City. The surviving members are picked up and rescued to a base in Hawaii where they can rest from their horror they had to experience while in battle. Now the remaining S.T.A.R.S members, are still going against Umbrella, even tho Raccoon City was bombed, there are Umbrella experiments all over the globe, even something different from Umbrella.

Resident Evil: Zero
On July 23, 1998, S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team is sent in to investigate a series of grisly murders in the Arklay Mountains region outside of Raccoon City. On the way to the scene, Bravo's helicopter malfunctions and is forced to crash land in the forest. Luckily, there are no fatalities. The team soon discovers an overturned Military Police transport truck, along with the mutilated corpses of two officers. The team soon splits up and Bravo team's field medic, rookie member Rebecca Chambers, stumbles upon a train suspiciously stopped in the middle of the forest- the Ecliptic Express. Soon thereafter, she discovers that it's infested with zombies. Rebecca begins to wonder what she has got herself into. After a little exploration, she teams up with the man the Military Police were escorting to his execution; former Marine Billy Coen, and the two of them face off against a band of zombies, swarms of strange leeches, and a mysterious individual with possible links to the disaster. As with previous installments, the two characters visit various locales through the course of the story, including a train (aforementioned Ecliptic Express), a research facility, a laboratory and a factory. The Umbrella underground facility from Resident Evil 2 is briefly visited by Rebecca at one point of the game as well.
Other recurring Resident Evil characters present are Alpha Team leader Albert Wesker and Umbrella scientist Dr. William Birkin. The two make appearances in a few cutscenes, but never interact with the main characters. The game also introduces Dr. James Marcus, one of the three founding members of Umbrella and the true creator of the T-Virus, who was assassinated by Wesker and Birkin, only to be revived by the leeches he created.

Resident Evil
The original game opens on the evening of July 24, 1998 in the fictional Raccoon City a midwestern town, where a number of grisly murders have taken place on the outskirts of town. Victims were attacked in their homes by a group of assailants, who left evidence of cannibalism. Local law enforcement sends in the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team. After contact is lost, the Alpha Team is sent out to find Bravo Team and to continue the investigation. Alpha Team locates the downed Bravo Team helicopter, but there is no sign of survivors; only a severed hand is found. While searching the area for further clues, Alpha Team is attacked by ferocious dogs, which kills one of the team's members, Joseph Frost. Alpha's helicopter pilot, Brad Vickers, suddenly lifts off and abandons the team. Pursued by the violent dogs who killed their colleague, Alpha Team is forced to seek refuge within a nearby mansion, believed to be abandoned.
With the dogs roaming the outside of the building, the four remaining Alpha Team members (Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Barry Burton and Albert Wesker) are besieged within. A gun shot rings out, to which the player's selected character moves to investigate. At this point, the player takes control of the character and begins to explore the mansion. One of the first discoveries is a member of Bravo Team, Kenneth Sullivan, being eaten by a zombie. The character eventually finds the mansion to be anything but abandoned, riddled with puzzles, traps, and horrors. Scattered documents and files suggest that a series of illegal experiments and criminal activities were being undertaken on the property by a clandestine research team, under the authority and supervision of pharmaceutical conglomerate, the Umbrella Corporation. The creatures roaming the mansion and surrounding region are the results of these experiments, which have exposed the mansion's personnel and various animals and insects to a highly contagious and mutagenic biological agent known as the T-Virus (hence the Japanese title, "Biohazard").
After navigating a series of tunnels, passageways and buildings, the player discovers a secret underground laboratory containing detailed records of the Umbrella Corporation's experiments. In the lab, Albert Wesker reveals that he is a double agent working for Umbrella and releases the Tyrant T-002, a giant humanoid monster created through prolonged exposure to the T-Virus. Upon release, the Tyrant turns toward Wesker and impales him with its left arm. The player then apparently kills the Tyrant. After killing the Tyrant, a self-destruct program is triggered. After the player calls for a rescue chopper, the Tyrant bursts through the roof of the lab onto the helicopter pad and attacks. The Tyrant is finally slain when the chopper pilot, Brad Vickers, drops a rocket launcher and the player uses it to completely destroy the creature. The player escapes in the chopper and the game ends as the mansion explodes.
The ending varies depending on choices made by the player. The ending plays out as described above in Chris' and Jill's endings if the player saves only one or neither of their teammates.

Resident Evil 2
The game is set on September 29, 1998. Zombies have infested Raccoon City. A biological weapon known as the T-Virus was released into the sewer system. Rats then spread the virus to the city's population.
Two people make their way to Raccoon City: Leon S. Kennedy, a rookie police officer on his first day on the job, and Claire Redfield, a college student looking for her brother, Chris Redfield. Leon and Claire find themselves fighting against hordes of creatures in their search for survival.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
The player takes control of former S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine in her attempt to escape a ruined and zombie-infested Raccoon City. During her escape, she encounters three surviving members of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, Carlos Oliveira, Mikhail Victor and Nicholai Ginovaef. Mikhail sacrifices himself to save Jill from the Nemesis, a bio-organic weapon, and Jill escapes with Carlos. Depending on the player's actions, Nicholai may also die but a file in Resident Evil: Survivor written after the incident by him suggests that letting him live is the canonical ending.
Nemesis was the last core title in the series to be released for the PlayStation and it was also the final Resident Evil game to take place in Raccoon City until the release of Resident Evil Outbreak. The city's fate is resolved in the game's finale. The US Government, after hearing of unsuccessful efforts to avert the T-Virus infestation, orders the destruction of Raccoon City. At this point in the game, the player has exactly fifteen minutes to escape the city before the missile strikes. In the canon story, Nicholai escapes and, in the end, Jill and Carlos are saved by Barry Burton.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica
Code: Veronica is the first Resident Evil game in the main series to use 3D backgrounds instead of the traditional pre-rendered ones. Despite this, the camera does not follow the player around, but swings between semi-fixed angles (similar to the original Dino Crisis). However, two weapons in the game (a sniper rifle and a linear launcher) can be fired from the character's point of view. First person view mode is also available in the game's unlockable "Battle Game" minigame.
Gameplay remained largely unchanged from Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (which was developed in tandem with Code: Veronica), features such as explosive oil drums and a 180-degree turn having been carried over to this game. Items from Resident Evil 2, such as upgradeable handgun parts and "side packs" for larger item capacity are included, as well as new weapons such as crossbow arrows mixed with gun powder and Anti-B.O.W. rounds for the grenade launcher. A unique feature of Code: Veronica is the inclusion of various dual wielding pistols, allowing the player to target two enemies at the same time. Some of the more subtle improvements in Code: Veronica include the addition of continues, allowing the player to retry a scene after a game over, and the ability to pick and use a healing herb when the character's inventory is full.
As with previous installments, Code: Veronica features two protagonists, Claire Redfield and her brother Chris. Unlike Resident Evil 2, in which the player could choose to start the game with either character, Code: Veronica forces players to take control of Claire for the first half of the game and then start the second half with Chris. All of Claire's weapons and items left in the item box are available for Chris to pick up in his half of the game. In addition, a third character, Steve Burnside, is briefly playable during the game's first half and Claire herself is playable during a short portion of Chris' scenario.
Like previous Resident Evil titles, there are hidden features that are unlocked after meeting certain requirements. After completing the main game, a "Battle Game" is unlocked in which the player can choose from one of five characters (Chris, Claire with her normal and one secret outfit, and two unlockable characters, Albert Wesker and Steve Burnside), travel through a series of rooms, clear each area of monsters and eventually defeat a character-specific boss in the quickest time possible. Both the main game and the "Battle Game" feature their respective unlockable weapons.

Resident Evil 4
In 2004, the Umbrella Corporation's secretive activities within Raccoon City have become a public affair. Following an investigation conducted by the US government, several Umbrella officials are implicated and prosecuted. The government indefinitely suspends Umbrella's business, causing the company to become bankrupt.
Leon S. Kennedy, one of the few survivors of the Raccoon City incident and a former Raccoon City police officer, was recruited by the US Secret Service after they learned of his actions in Raccoon City. Leon is sent on a mission to rescue Ashley Graham, the President's daughter, who has been kidnapped by a mysterious cult. Leon travels to a rural village in Spain, where he encounters a horde of unruly villagers who pledge their lives to Los Iluminados (The Illuminated Ones), the cult that kidnapped Ashley.
During the course of the mission, Leon is reunited with Ada Wong, a woman he met in Resident Evil 2, and Jack Krauser, one of Leon's former comrades from his years of government training, thought to be dead. He also meets Luis Sera, a former Los Illuminados researcher, who aids Leon on his mission, before he is murdered by Saddler. By examining Sera's notes, Leon discovers that Los Illuminados gained control of their subjects by implanting a mind-controlling parasite known as Las Plagas into their bodies.
After Osmund Saddler, the leader of the cult, discovers that Leon has rescued Ashley, he commands his subjects to use any means to recover her. Meanwhile, after defeating the village chief, Bitorez Mendez, Leon and Ashley take refuge inside the castle of the local castellan, Ramon Salazar. A surprise attack by Salazar's minions leads to Ashley's recapture, forcing Leon to travel to a military and research complex located on a nearby island after defeating Salazar. After numerous altercations with Saddler's forces, Leon is able to rescue Ashley, and defeat Saddler with Ada's assistance. Leon recovers a vial containing a Plagas sample from Saddler’s corpse, but Ada forces him to give it to her. She then escapes from the complex in a helicopter, leaving Leon and Ashley to escape via jet-ski.

Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
The game follows the story behind the downfall of the Umbrella Corporation by revisiting scenarios from Resident Evil Zero, Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. It concludes with an assault upon an Umbrella stronghold maintained by Sergei Vladimir. In total, there are four main chapters with ten additional playable scenarios, divided up into a total twenty two levels.

Resident Evil 5
Few details have been released about the game's storyline other than the fact that the setting will have a similar feel to the movie Black Hawk Down. Takeuchi added that the developing team is composed of staff members who worked on the first Resident Evil. Despite the lack of information, he has stated that Resident Evil 5 will be an actual sequel to the Resident Evil series. Before Takeuchi took over, the game's former producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi stated "it's safe to say that Resident Evil 5 will naturally proceed from where Resident Evil 4 left off."
In a July 2007 Famitsu interview, producer Jun Takeuchi revealed the main playable character as Chris Redfield and the game takes place ten years after the events of the original Resident Evil. The story will explore Chris' life during the ten year interval between the two games.[14] During the game's events, he is a member of a group known as BSAA, and sent to investigate an incident in a desert area that serves as the game's setting. Takeuchi also confirmed that a female character from the series, who is seen briefly at the end of the trailer, will appear in the game. Many gamers hope the woman will be Jill Valentine, Chris's romantic interest from Resident Evil one.
