| General | Singing, dancing, acting and song-writing... I usually sing classical-pop, ballads, soul and sometimes jazzy stuff, whereas the songs I write are very often soft rock, pop or soul... My favourite music depends on what I feel like at the moment, usually from a musical :) give me Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Lion King, Little Mermaid, Wicked, Billy Elliot, Grease... any day!!! ... right now, i'm constantly finding myself also singing to Leigh Nash's 'Ocean Sized Love' and Mariah Carey's version of 'Without You' - so I honestly like quite a variety. At the moment I also absolutely adore the 'And I am Telling You' version by Bianca Ryan - a child prodigy. I enjoy anything from soul, r&b, soft rock, pop, musical theatre, classical and classical-pop. I especially freak out to a good old song in the car, like 'funky town', 'thriller' or 'i will survive' haha!
| | Movies | I am quite a movie fanatic when it comes to good comedies or thrillers. I could watch great old classics like 'Speed', 'My Best Friend's Wedding', 'Annie', 'E.T', 'Mrs.Doubtfire', 'Father of the Bride' and 'Home Alone' over and over again! I love Disney too - I cry everytime I watch 'Lion King', 'Little Mermaid' and 'Beauty and the Beast' and I keep singing their songs for days after I'd have seen them...
Of course I like recent films too haha,like 'Human Traffic', 'John Q', '28 Days', 'I am Sam', 'Shrek 1 & 2 and 3', 'Devil wears Prada', 'Madagascar' and 'Crash'. | | Television | Besides my all-time favourite 'Friends', I am also hooked on 'Grey's Anatomy', 'Criminal Minds', 'CSI Las Vegas'. Other shows i luv to see when i can: 'My Wife & Kids', 'Will & Grace' and 'Dr.Phil' (viva psychology)!

About me:
Name: Rachel Fabri
Singer - classical-pop, classical, soul, ballads, pop, soft rock, r&b,
Musical Theatre Performer,

Song-writer.
I used to love teaching singing to children but now I am myself a musical theatre student at Guildford School of Acting in Guildford, UK, after having recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology :)
I've been fortunate enough to take part in quite a few musicals in Malta, such as at our national theatre - Manoel Theatre, and Mediterranean Conference Centre, since I was around 8 years old. I thoroughly enjoyed playing roles like 'Annie' in 'ANNIE', 'Cinderella' in 'Into the Wood's, 'Sleeping Beauty' in the Christmas pantomime... I was also thrilled to tour parts of the UK as a soloist guest singer for the touring concert 'Beyond the Barricade' and won a scholarship to the UK for being a finalist on the TV performing arts competition show called 'L-iSfida'. I enjoy participating in various musical theatre, voice and acting workshops, courses and masterclasses.
I have taught singing and drama to kids for the past 5 years at Chiswick House School and Masquerade Theatre Arts school (Malta). Before moving to England I also taught drama at St.Joseph Primary School Tuition Centre and singing at St.Martin's College. (As u may have noticed.. I love teaching kids!!!).
