From as far back as I can remember I have always had music in my life. At the age of five I started to attend a Sunday School, this is where my passion for singing developed. I loved to sing. Whilst in primary school I always signed up for the school plays and always ended up getting one of the lead roles. Since then I have been trying to "make it" as well as other things. My voice is distinctive and my style is mainly Soul, Jazz Gospel, R'n'B, Hip hop and Dancehall, but still appreciate other genres of music. I also play the piano I must say that i am not of Alisha Keys standard but I do well. In fact I play the piano in a few of my songs. Erykah Badu, Mary J Blige ,Lauryn Hill and Alisha Keys have been inspirational female artists to me. I adore the way that they allow you to look into their souls with their heartfelt lyrics and beautiful voices. Beyonce Knowles is another favourite of mines, she has a great energy and presence on stage as well as her powerful voice.
