Yes..but..what of those of us who lack the possession of this cable television device?? Are we to be so assigned to a status of insignificance and oblivion??? Do we so dauntlessly evoke ghastly regard amongst those who instill trepidation upon grander society with such the stigma of a leper colony???

3/18/08 - Varda aka "The Pooper" is Off To Greener Pastures.

At 9 o'clock this morning Sara and I brought Pooper in to Orchard Veterinary Clinic and with their aid assisted the little guy with his passage to whatever he may choose next. He had been struggling for quite a few weeks now and in the past few days seemed to have decided he was ready to move on. Who are we to keep him from a future of grand adventure? I wouldn't want to anyway.

He was a great cat and I consider it a pleasure to have been graced with his companionship despite his many quirks and despite some rough times. He was a loyal and loving friend. It is my greatest hope that he feels the same about the time he spent with myself and all of his friends however briefly they may have known him. I think that he does and if he could say more than "Meow" would want to give great big thanks to all of them for sharing in his journey in this time/space/reality. He seems to have been very happy in his new home the past year and a half or so and even got his shot at being an outdoor kitty! Big time for him I'm sure! He went out with a bang.

Thanks to all who sent their well wishes the past few weeks and a big hug to Tracy from us and Pooper for being with him during the day when we could not. I'm glad he got to hang out with you before he left us. =)

Have a grand trip my little white fluffy friend. May the seas be calm and the wind always in your sails. Peace.

1/30/08 - The Hellatious Hideaway of Horror: House on Haunted Hill

Production is currently underway for HHH's sophomore effort. This time around we'll be offering up the 1959 William Castle classic House on Haunted Hill starring the iconic Vincent Price! This promises to be the most entertaining show as - unlike our last show - we actually have enough funny material to use through out the entire film. The addition of our new cameraman (and Mexican Monster Wrestler) El Ocho also adds a fresh new style to the show that better fits my original vision. I've some good feelings about this one.

Special thanks to my good friend Greg G. for his assistance with the second show! Had he not been there to drive me forward during shooting I would have give up on take 3 of scene 1! =) Hats off sir! Excelsior! Thanks to Sara as well. Not only was she there to cheer me on, but took her turn in front of the camera as guest star Sally Screamer just for good measure. She looked horrific and man does she have a set of lungs! wOOt!

Look for HHH: House on Haunted Hill coming soon to channel 15! See you next Wednesday kiddies!

1/30/08 - Sara's and My Wedding!

Just putting these back up for those who have not seen them yet and of course because I love to look at them! Call me a gushy little fool but I still can feel the glow of our perfect little day. =)

About Me

What is there to say really? I am like most out there in the multi-verse; currently on a quest seeking memories of what exactly it is I meant myself to be in this time/space reality. Right now that involves a lot of creative ventures - from painting to film making right on back to designing web pages such as the one your looking at – as well as various spiritual pursuits and the possibility of being involved in a sustainable community.

I’ve recently remembered that I had chosen to be wed the most wonderfully inspiring and beautiful woman in the whole of reality and honored that memory by doing so on October 27th, 2007 in a true Halloween ceremony! Sara and I are now Mr. and Mrs. Monkey and much of my newly remembered desire to create and my ability to see projects through I give credit to her for. She has been a muse and a force to drive me towards becoming the being I truly am.

Current Projects

The Hellatious Hideaway of Horror

This is my baby. A Chiller Theater and Zacherle tribute show airing on local Burlington, VT public access station Channel 15 (VCAM). HHH features myself as Calico Jack Rackam along with a host of assorted creatures, freaks and odd personalties all participating in wacky and macabre antics while we show classic (and often times extraordinarily cheesy!) horror flicks. It's a must see for any fan of the horror film genre or shows such as Mystery Science Theater 3000.

The first show aired last August and I am currently in the process of editing the second! (Yeah yeah. I'm slow but very polished! ha!) Look for clips of the first show in my video section soon and look for the second to air in the next couple of weeks. Tentative time slot is Wednesday 12:00am (Early Thursday morning). I'm hoping to air new shows at least bi-weekly from this point on.

Variety SquIRL

Also in the works is another channel 15 show Sara and I have been working on called "Variety SquIRL" which will be a sort of 70's variety show featuring local VT talent from film makers to singers and dancers and even comedians.

I think we've got enough material right now for one full show. It's just a matter of editing really. Check back here often for updates and final air date/time.

We may be airing teasers in between shows on VCAM as I was just informed they are looking for "filler" material to place between shows when one ends earlier than an allotted time slot. An excellent opportunity for some no pressure fun!

Mark Trail

Still in the idea phase, Mark Trail will be an ongoing series of shorts based on American cartoonist Ed Dodd's daily Mark Trail comic. The intention is to use the ongoing serial as "filler" material for VCAM. Each episode will be 5-15 minutes in length depending on complexity etc.

Future Pursuits

Fine Art/Photography Show

I think I'd very much like to take place in some sort of show that highlights either my painting or photographs. I actually think I'm quite amateur (and if we're referring to the actual time I've been pursuing the arts that is true) but I've been told I've got some degree of talent.
