About me:
Rack Focus Outdoor Video School was originally founded by Jack Pine Productions Owner Jason Brown and was called Jack Pine School of Outdoor Production until 2005. After merging with Adventures Forever, www.adventuresforever.com, the school's focus became more geared toward the student who has or would like to have a future as a Prostaffer/Field Producer of the Outdoor Television and Video Production Industry.
Rack Focus puts students into real production scenarios like no other Outdoor Video Production School in the country. Our course is three full days of intense field production. Each student is paired up with another student in the field with one goal, to successfully tell a story through the lens of the video camera. Students will treat each segment they are assigned as if they are the Prostaff, and at Rack Focus they are. Working with A-Way Outdoor Television, RF's student segments will air as a feature on A-Way, giving students an immediate resume' builder.
Rack Focus currently has three courses, each with a different emphasis: Whitetail, Turkey and Waterfowl. Each course will be held in different parts of the country that give our students the greatest opportunity to create as many encounters as possible.
Turkey School will be held on May 3-6 at Hoover Creek Outfitters in North Central Missouri...the Gobbler Mecca of the United States. www.hunthoovercreek.com.
Waterfowl School Dates are yet to be determined, but will take place at Schrader's Bridgetown Manor in Maryland. www.schradershunting.com.
Whitetail School dates and location is also yet to be determined.
