Who I'd like to meet: Unsigned and unheard bands. Get heard on the radio! Send your music to info@radio4a.org.uk and please use ogg, m4a or mp3 format. Make sure you fill in the details on the metatag properly: title, artist and date are essential. Album title if there is one, duration and bitrate are also helpful. Give it a sensible filename like this: (artist) - (track title).mp3 It won't be listed without all of those details present. There hundreds of tracks in each playlist for each show and they all have to be catalogued. Your creation has to be ready to drop right into place, or it will be ignored.
My band Kenelis are playing London Pride!! If you're coming support us and join our event: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=88656006555&ref=nf#/event.php?eid=88656006555&ref=ts please spread the word :)

EXCENTRAL TEMPEST with her band SOUND OF RUM (London)
“I had Excentral Tempest in several times on my BBC radio one spoken word show and she has been the highlight of my listening this year. She has no right whatsoever to be as good as she is. It astounds me. Her writing is epic, her delivery piercing, and with the addition of her band Sound of Rum her potential is realised. Inspirational.” Scroobius Pip
