From a hidden corridor in the basement of DePaul's University Hall comes Radio DePaul. We are DePaul University's flagship radio station, serving as both a training ground for students of radio and an entertainment source built for college students, by college students. Our DJs are as culturally diverse as the University that allows us to exist, and they are ready to bring the newest, the hottest, and the most eclectic selection of music to eager audiences. Unlike commerical radio, our DJs get to choose what they play on the air. You can even choose what they play on the air, all you have to do is make a request. Often, our DJs go above and beyond and interview their favorite bands and artists. You can listen to some interviews from the past in our player up and to the right.

A Little Background...
Radio DePaul is managed and overseen by DePaul University's College of Communications. Radio DePaul began in the late 80s. At the start, the station had a small terrestrial signal, heard only on campus in common areas like the Cafeteria. In recent years, Radio DePaul has switched to solely broadcasting on the Internet and can be heard around the world, especially with help from iTunes and the iPhone. Radio DePaul's programming is as diverse as the DePaul community itself. Although Radio DePaul has a faculty advisor, the programming of the station is generally the responsibility of its Managers and Directors.
So, now that you've read all of that, you should really tune in. Hop on over to radio.depaul.edu, download yourself a stream, and start enjoying programming built for college students, by college students.
