C'est depuis le 24 Octobre 2000, qu'est diffusée l'émission de Radio "Ip-Paï".
Cette émission animée en direct dans le Studio de Fréquence MUTINE, au Centre Social de Kérangoff, passe le mardi de 18H30 à 19H30 sur le 103.8FM à Brest. On y découvre alternativement des morceaux d'Asian Music ou de Visual, des génériques d'Animes et parfois de films et de jeux vidéos.
Chaque morceau est lancé avec de courtes présentations des artistes, groupes, mangas, animes, films ou jeux vidéos.
L'émission est enrichie de chroniques de Mangas et d'annonces d'Actualités, que ce soit Festivals ou Concerts.
