An innovative recording project where the music is completely produced and emailed to the vocalist - lets see what happens? What happened was Radio Memphis, a collaboration between Billy Clements and David Wayne.
"David is a poet, a soul singer...rare find" says Billy. "I always knew that todays technology (home studio - email) could be used to give some privacy when writing a tune. I have a musical direction; David has a vocal direction...Sometimes it's too personal to share when honing the beginnings of an idea - so why not leave it to ourselves individually to work it out."
Work it out they did, from a musical edit here to a vocal idea there, Billy and David shared in their own way to offer Radio Memphis.
aight boys, have we released the cd for sale online yet???? the suspense is killing me...it's like waiting for shrek the third to come out...lol okay no it's not...but still! when can i get my hands on a copy of that album?!? oh and i finally graduated college and am moving to Nashville in a few weeks, so i think that means ya'll have to come play a show there...cause it's country music usa!! and bring northstar session with you!!

hey! haha yea i may have gotten a bit carried away with the whole adding pics to my profile thing with my bands...but i cant damn resist when i find a cool pic i like. I'll have to go check out the rest of your tunes on the site. Do ya'll have a cd for sale anywhere online? Oh and about the faces videos on youtube - last i checked, they were seriously lacking in the amt of those! I need to get my hands on a good faces dvd...ooo and a traffic dvd. have a great weekend!
