'Radio Picture Audience' is a solo project created by Adam Daub of 'Clockwerk'
The main concept behind RPA is a less-clean cut approach to electronic
music. Following in the original footsteps of bands such as 'Portion Control'
and early 'Nitzer Ebb', RPA combines heavily distorted vintage synth with
sample engineered percussion. Also greatly inspired by the post-punk
manchester scene that later followed into new wave.

A little about the members of RPA
Adam Daub - Founder and current frontman of NC local S.I.N. electronic Industrial experiment, Clockwerk, Adam has worked with electronic sound as far back as the Commodore Amiga with early programs such as Protracker. Originally writing techno and electronica tracks, he moved to a more aggressive and percussive sound he found with industrial music. Drawing from early post-punk elements such as Joy Division and Clock DVA he teamed up with Diviner members Jeremy Hicks and Joseph Morgan to bring Clockwerk to the stage. Soon after Hick's farwell to the band late 2004, Clockwerk welcomed it's newest member, Scott Estkowski. Also shortly after arriving, Clockwerk said farewell to Morgan and hello to local film director/animator Will Huneycutt.
Haak Thompson - Haak is one half of the current industrial/noise experiment known as -krankenhaus. Haak is obsessed with creating new music and would often times come up with ambient soundscapes that would not fit into the confines of -krankenhaus's premiere sound image. Haak spent most of his youth in the punk/hardcore scene but in his late teens he began going to local raves. Haak then teamed up with local electro-punk Ben Vomit to form Impetigo an industrial punk hybrid while using the monikers MC Ruff N STUFF (Herr Krank) and DJ Puke on You (Ben Vomit), the band lasted less than a year due mostly to the length of time required to record songs using the DOS Based Fast Tracker 2.0 program. Years after the demise of Impetigo he went on to create a unqiue project called -krakenhaus, an entirely original industrial experiment. The original concept of krakenhaus, following a similar style to industrial legends Throbbing Gristle, was to break into the industrial sound by creating quality tracks that were recorded only once.
G. (Mars) Youngblood - Mars is a function of imagination through technology. 1/3 of terrorcouple and founder of Crowdkontrol, he expresses his creativity, anger and random thoughts through hardware and software.
Starting off with an Aggro Industrial project called Tragic Dog Baby in the mid 90's with guitarist Muph, Mars continued to experiment with loops and incomplete ideas for over 10 years. Finally in 2004 it all came together with creation of Crowdkontrol, an Industrial project aimed at forcing people to think and move at the same time. Shortly after, Mars joined up with the Industrial mayhem of terrorcouple to assist with their live performance. terrrorcouple consists of k.nivek and psychofaerie who invited Mars to join in as a permanent member in 2005.
Mars draws his influences from the current and past Industrial and electronic scenes along with anything electronic including Run DMC, Jean Michael Jarre, Earth Wind and Fire, Front242, Haujobb, Gridlock, Skinny Puppy andCubanate.
Currently Mars is working on a follow up EP/remix CD to bURN YOUR GOD for Crowdkontrol, putting together the first CD for terrorcouple and organizing S.I.N. (Southeastern Industrial Network).
Stormie- A co-founding member/vocalist/production designer for the Raleigh based industrial band terrorcouple, Stormie is new to the music world. Playing the part of psychofaerie, a gorgeously grotesque human element that turns a machine's pistons into a pumping heart, psychofaerie challenges the audience to rethink what a live band performance should be and what makes a female front person sexy. stormie relies heavily on her background in theatrical directing and design to express herself to the audience and has been aesthetically assulting her audience since November 2004. Her biggest influences are Skinny Puppy, Kukl, Einsturzende Neubauten, along with Antonin Artaud's ideas of Theatre of Cruelty and the feel of Silent and Film Noir movies. She also dabbles in performance consultation and design for S.I.N, mixed media art and collage and strives to live life as if it is a piece of art she is a part of.
