Every music ever made has something that's worthwhile to a musician, so I listen to everything with the hope of hearing something good. Maybe it's only the drummer or a lyric with a decent amount of thought or the bloody intro., but I always find something.

"Angels & Demons", and "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown (finally got around to that). Currently: "Travelling With the Dead" by Barbara Hambly
