Thanks for your kind words. There will be another issue of Uncle Thor's Magazine. Progress is slow at the moment. I have a few writing projects in the works.
Likewise, the Gods bless your work. Remember that the world is a better place because you are in it. Though it may not be immediately evident, you are doing things that are more important than they seem at the moment.
Jason Ricci and his partner Brady have set up a cool forum for harp players. It's kinda like MySpace, only totally harp oriented. They're looking for suggestions for upcoming Live Chat sessions. I think a lot of people would enjoy learning about Blind Owl--he's quite a mystical figure among harp players. Check it out! http://www. harmonicaspace. com.
Hi, Thanks for the b'day greeting! I will always be greatful for bringing the spirit of Alan back to canned heat the 6 years I was in the band. stan....
Hi Rebecca, Hope you're well, and glad the runes are working for you. No doubt like me you were saddened to hear of the death of Robert Lucas. I think of these later versions of The Heat as the Fito de la Parra Band really, but I've been entertained by them a number of times and Mr. Lucas was a talented guy. No doubt you've also noticed that, despite Fito saying that there was nothing more in the vaults after Volume 1, there's now a 'Boogie House Tapes Vol.3'. I haven't got it yet but it looks like there's some Blind Owl stuff on it. I hope you and your husband have a great Solstice (I'm sure Christmas seems like a modern intrusion to a Nordic priestess like yourself). Best wishes, Sean
