About Raechel Donahue

A popular radio personality for most of her adult life, Raechel Donahue was honored this month by the Museum of Television and Radio for her contributions to the medium She is part of the museum’s exhibition called "She Made It" which is running in both New York and Beverly Hills. Her one-minute comedy piece Brush With Fame is aired daily across the country, and her monthly film review column, The Reel Deal, runs in five Los Angeles area magazines. She makes a documentary film every chance she gets, and is now assembling the footage she shot in the rainforests of Brazil and Costa Rica. She has also begun work with friends and fellow documentaries Carolyn Travis and Chris Fox Gilson on a feature doc about radio called Airplay.

From the moment that FM rock radio drew its first breath, Raechel Donahue has been among its liveliest champions.

Woody Nelson	Jun 14 2008 8:40 AM Lifeline Sells WJEP-A To Georgia Triangle LIFELINE MINISTRIES has sold WJEP-A/OCHLOCKNEE-THOMASVILLE, GA to GEORGIA TRIANGLE BROADCASTING, which is headed up by WOODY NELSON and AL GORDON. NELSON plans on flipping formats from Inspirational to Progressive Talk targeting the 18-34, especially college students, The stations signal reaches campuses in TALLAHASSEE, FL, ALBANY, GA, and VALDOSTA, GA. The new owners plan on adding a 24-hour FM simulcast, as well and streaming from day 1. A 24-hour lineup will be announced before NELSON's syndicated morning show, "The Brewed Awakening," debuts on JULY 1st.
