Rafael Milhomemwas born July 1st 1981 in Goiânia-Goiás. Began his musical studies with private classes of keyboard and trumpet, the classic guitar came later with teacher Clevio Jose Vieira in the CLA – Centro Livre de Artes (Free Center of Arts) and later in the Centro Cultural Gustav Ritter. Concluded his bachelors in music, qualified in musical instrument (classic guitar) in UFG (Universidade Federal de Goiás) in 2003, having classes with the guitarists Rodrigo Carvalho, Pedro Martelli and Eduardo Meirinhos. Participated many master classes, to name a few: John Holmquist (USA), Luz Maria Bobadilha (Paraguay), Andres Tapia (Costa Rica). The study of electric guitar was done beside classic guitar but in a self-taught manner, researching phonographic material, specialized magazines, participations in many bands at his youth and applying some concepts obtained through his classic guitar studies. Nowadays he develops activities concerning composition, arrangements, and interpretation within classical and popular music, acting as lead guitarist in bands such as: (ex)Sunroad, Euphony, Rascunho de Anjo
and as classic guitarist in the groups El Ligno Trio
and (ex)Alma Brasileira
. In partnership with guitarist Rafael Muniz (Kadriya),
Milhomem presents the project baRok’
, a power metal filled with classical and baroque elements sung in Esperanto, featuring many singers from Goiás’ musical scenery.

Rafael Milhomemnascido em 01/07/1981 é natural de Goiânia, Goiás.Iniciou seus estudos musicais com aulas particulares de teclado e trompete,o violão veio mais tarde com o professor Clévio José Vieira no Centro Livre de Artes (CLA) e posteriormente no Centro Cultural Gustav Ritter. Concluiu o bacharelado em música, habilitação em instrumento musical (violão) na Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) em 2003, tendo aulas com os violonistas Rodrigo Carvalho, Pedro Martelli e Eduardo Meirinhos. Participou de diversas master classes, as quais se destacam: John Holmquist (USA), Luz Maria Bobadilha (Paraguai), Andrés Tapia (Costa Rica). O Estudo da guitarra elétrica se deu paralelamente ao do violão,porém de forma autodidata,pesquisando material fonográfico, revistas especializadas,participações em diversas bandas na juventude e aplicando alguns conceitos obtidos através do estudo do violão clássico. Atualmente desenvolve atividades voltadas à composição, arranjos e interpretação na área da música clássica e popular, atuando como guitarrista das bandas: (ex)Sunroad, Euphony, Rascunho de Anjoe violonista dos grupos El Ligno Trio
e (ex)Alma Brasileira. Em parceria com o guitarrista Rafael Muniz (Kadriya), Milhomem apresenta o projeto baRok’,um Power metal recheado de elementos barrocos e clássicos cantado em Esperanto, com participação de vários cantores do cenário musical goianiense.
