.... Raging Conflict are a metal band from Dublin (Ireland). Formed in 2006, they have been regularly playing the live circuit in Ireland, releasing their first E.P. "World At War" in January '08 to considerable acclaim. Mixing a hefty blend of heavy hitting thrash/crust, with fast and energetic hardcore riffage, Raging Conflict deliver a punishing onslaught of pounding metal that is sure to blow your speakers!.. In 2009, after the departure of drummer Hynes, the band recruited Mark Eagers on skins, and Killian Gordon on second guitar to complete a new 4-piece setup... RC are currently writing with plans to record in 2009, so get your body armour on and prepare for the onslaught!.. Watch this space... RC.. Raging Conflict's first E.P. is released and available at Sentinel Records. It features a wide variety from the Thrash and crossover years to tantalize and take the listener on a trip down Thrash memory lane, with covers from DRI to Venom and Vio-Lence to Celtic Frost done by some of Ireland's finest like Mass Extinction, Era Vulgaris, Warpath, Sol Axis, De Novisimus, Sorrowfall and many more who not only paid a fantastic tribute to the old Thrash era but also paid their respects to those who have influenced the scene and sadly have passed on and are not here to see a new thriving Thrash scene today.
