In the name of Allah is the meaning of Raheema, powerful and energetic, so is she. Her home country is Turkey, but Raheema was born and raised in a family of seven in Germany and has been living there since.
She started her rap career back in the late 90..s, but to put it bluntly, it kicked off when she first heard Coolio..s “Gangster..s Paradise”. Enthused and stunned, she saw it clearly: Raheema had to become an MC herself.
From then on she started writing lyrics, created her own flow, took part at MC-Battles and was soon recognized as the lady with the tough raps and hot looks. Several clubs and organizers took notice of her , so she gained bookings and put her name in the music scene right up from Austria to Switzerland. Raheema keeps up with the times, by now she is well-known for remixing the latest Hip-Hop-Tracks and is heading towards House Music as well. Best of both worlds = when Black meets House, soon on Myspace. Receiving credit and positive feedback are acknowledgement enough and incentive for her to work harder.
With the help of her brother DJ Whoa who has been supporting her to the fullest, down to the present day, she would not have been able to take and make it that far.
This is why my biggest compliment goes out to you, I love you brother.
It doesn..t matter if you love or hate Raheema, I still got love for all ya..ll.
I hope that all is well in your world. Sorry that I've been "M.I.A" for awhile, I've been kind of busy with ...LIFE but I do want you to know that I really appreciate all of the Love & Support that you have consistantly given me and your friendship is truly cherished by me.
Have a wonderful rest of your week Beautiful Lady !
