RAILS, from Recife to the world. That..s RAILS..s proposal. The band was formed in the end of 2008 by four experienced musicians of Recife..s local scene. After five years on a road named REC BEATLES, where they payed tribute to the british fab four, THE BEATLES, the guitar player Luciano “Lulu” Oliveira, drummer and lead singer Murilo Nóbrega and bass player Kennedy Costa had left for a highest quality authorial work, linked with all that..s new in the world-wide pop-rock, but not losing all your biggest musical influences.
Now, RAILS – with your first CD being finished – it doesn..t hide from audience their big Beatles influence, mixing to some other big names from 60..s and 70..s, like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, The Police, Sting and Simon & Garfunkel. All this combined to a soft sound from posterior generations just like Men At Work and Toto to 00..s Keane. All these influences, their solid style and skills could be heard very soon on their upcoming CD, there we will listen beautiful ballads (“Love is the Answer” and “I Miss You All Time”), groove pop-rock music (“Falling to Pieces”) or at (“Bit Of Love”), where is very intensive their Beatle influence. Murilo Nóbrega began his career listening to all great drummers from the 60..s and 70..s. Names like John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Ringo Starr (Beatles), Charlie Watts (Rolling Stones) and Roger Taylor (Queen).
