Hello my name is Raine Hilton A.K.A. The Good Vibes Girl
Why did I choose this name? Well quite simple because I spend my life in the pursuit of the so called good vibes and in the eradication of the bad variety. I used to call myself a healer, or a therapist, but neither of these really described me, or what I do. Yes I am both of these things, but I am also so much more. You see to my mind no matter what your reason for seeking me out, the end result will be a wish to feel good and a change from negative to positive. Yes I am only too aware of the Hippy Trippy sound to the term Vibes and to be honest hearing that word always makes me smile and if that’s not the essence of good therapy I want to know what is?
I love working with crystals and I have used them for many years in conjunction with Reiki, Colour Therapy, Kabbalah, Quantum Touch, and Hypnotherapy/Past Life Therapy to name but a few. I also work with Angelic and Fey energies, alongside my own personal spiritual guides. I have taught online for many years, co-running healing and spiritual development websites and also hosting in live chat rooms. The ability and ease with which healing energy can be transmitted through a medium such as the Internet never fails to amaze me. Proving that distance is never a barrier when healing someone. I use various methods when healing, and I do both distance/absent healing as well as hands on. It is my passion to be able to help and heal others through exploring events which occured both in this lifetime as well as in their past lives.
Therapy and healing to me are not something you can just learn and then put into practice. Each person is unique, and I like to treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, and that put simply is special.
I have many styles and variations of working, I work with people, alongside them, helping them to discover the right approach that they need in order to reach that happy healthy place where we all want to be. I believe in healing holistically, without supressing the body's natural ability to heal itself. My techiniques will gently support and nuture you through your healing crisis, or imbalance, getting to the root cause of your problem, not just papering over the cracks by treating the symptoms! Believe me if I could heal using chocolate and a few affirmations, then I would, and wouldn’t that be cool? The problem is that people are different, what works for one person, won’t always work for another. So I have many different weapons in my armoury. These include;

The Order of Bards Ovates & Druids is a spiritual group dedicated to practising, teaching, and developing Druidry as a valuable and inspiring spirituality.
Membership of the Order is open to followers of all faiths and none, regardless of gender, sexual orientation or ethnic origin, and there are currently over eight thousand members in fifty countries.
The order was founded in 1964 by Ross Nichols who was Chairman of the Ancient Druid Order which traces its lineage to a meeting at the Apple Tree Tavern in Covent Garden, London, in 1717. This of course gives a good lineage considering it is a modern revival of an ancient pool of knowledge.
The current chief of the order is Philip Carr-Gomm
There are three grades within the order and I myself am a student of the Bardic grade.

For as long as I can remember music has affected me deeply on so many levels, I have a particularly strange quirk that goes by the name of Synesthesia, I can literally taste music, I see the colors of the vibrations created by the notes as they dance over each other, I see pictures in my mind Clairvoyantly, sometimes I see the work in progress at other times I feel the emotions, thoughts and images of the artist and their life. Its not something I seek voluntarily as this would be to me an invasion of their privacy, its just something that when I'm very intune happens from time to time. I have enjoyed reading since I was a small child. I love the magic of escaping to another place and time, becoming a different person for a few hours, shutting the rest of the world out. I first read Laurie Lee's As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning when I was about 11 and was instantly captivated and most definitely bitten by the travel bug, although it would be a few more years before my dreams became a reality. The way he described his adventures I truly felt as if I were there walking in his footsteps. It had such a huge impact on me.

I love the beach at sunset, the scent of sun warmed wild roses enveloping us as we scramble down the cliff to the sea .... collecting shells, pebbles and driftwood. I watch in awe as the sea and sky change through a kaleidoscope of colours, following the seagulls as they chase shafts of sunlight streaming through foaming surf creating a shore line of iridescent rainbows. Chasing our lengthening shadows by the setting sun. Swimming lazily along the silver path of the moon drawn to dreams of a faraway Utopia.

I love playing in the first fall of snow ... the first flowers of Spring ... Walking hand in hand through warm Summer rain with my love ... Running naked through huge loud crashing thunderstorms ... Hugging trees and listening as they impart their wisdom ... I live my life synchronistically intune with the universe respectfully and gently nurturing our beautiful world in magickal ways
I am a vegetarian and have been for 23 years now. I reuse and recycle wherever possible. We can all play our part to keep this world beautiful and as healthy as possible. We are but a reflection of her, what we do to her we do to ourselves.
I am naturally a very happy person ... I do have a very wicked, and dark sense of humour that probably goes over the heads of most people! I love Hugging, Kissing, Flirting, Holding Hands especially with pretty girls ;-) Telling those I hold dear how much I love them. I am a very tactile person lol. Once I allow you into my heart you are my friend for life. I am an intensely loyal and trustworthy person. The confidante of many ;-) I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, from all walks of life, dipping in and sharing in a little of their lives.
I love traditional English afternoon tea with hot buttered crumpets dripping with honey, warm scones, tiny scrumptious sandwiches, Viennese Whirls and lots of other delicious cream cakes and nibbles!, I love proper picnics with lashings of ginger beer (crystal and china, no nasty tupperware!) I adore curling up together around the fire for an evening of story telling. I have a strange obsession with stationary, decluttering & storage too, I'm forever arranging and rearranging things ... eat your heart out Anthea Turner!
