   About Rain Kings

Rain Kings Were formed in 1999 by Neil Turner, David Guild, George Futter, Shannon McLeery and John Crook. After the first Album "Strange Days" John left and guitarist Neil took over vocals. Shannon left a few years later and drummer Alan Keys joined the band in 2004. Rain Kings blend of sounds draws on many influences from John Martyn through Frank zappa, Brian Eno, The Faces, Cocteau Twins to Celtic & Country music.
