RAIZE is a Christian youth rock band.
We formed after a vision became reality with some passionate youth leaders from Somers Camp (run by the Uniting Church within the Presbytery of Port Philip East). Throughout the past years we have toured to churches & played at events such as Somers Camp, National Christian Youth Convention - NCYC, State youth Games - SYG, KIBS, Schools, More Focus, Bluprints & Revival. The band is a mix of 9 musos with ages ranging from 19-30. We write and compose original music that varies from loud, strong full band worship songs, to quiet but powerful acoustic numbers. We have an EP (DAWN '08) and have just released the single (Here I am '09). We are looking forward to starting production on our debut album this year.
