Raja Nasruddin Bin Raja Ismail, assign to be called as 'Raja Nas' or 'Nas' only. A working producer, composer, songwriter, vocalist and a publisher. He was born on the 3rd of November 1989 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Started to play music at the age of 4 years old and learn to compose with piano by his mother 'Shahariah Sabarudin'. At the age of 14 to 16 years old he has been influence with many in the industry. His house production and lyrics started from Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 2005 than to Malaysia on 2008. A passion in music through travelling and listening to the worldwide genres. He has perform on stage in the Middle-East, Indonesia and Malaysia. Through the streets of New York, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bali, Bangkok, London, Melbourne and Singapore.
The emcee in the city of KL who walks everyday from work, looking at the world with his own passion. His education was almost like travelling as well as he has studied in Dubai and Melbourne. Mixing with different kinds of people rather than his own kind around there. A heritage of half Malaysian Melayu and half Japanese, he has love Hip-Hop since he was 5 years old. Locking himself in a room to make his mind works and through feelings that always happens in his life. The ideas and the production has been spread out around the Middle-East and Malaysia. This emcee works alone together with few friends who are producers as well to back him up.
A few years ago, he helped many of the local artistry to spread out their music through the net. In much time later, he stopped for a few reasons that he was unhappy with the industry itself. Raja Nas's production and lyrics were made of an amazing composition, that he wouldn't want to sell anymore of his own. As his beats were already given free in the countries of Middle-East but not to Malaysia. Since the day of Schoolz Open EP release, he hasn't sell any of the copies yet but has given free to a lot of people. He chose to collab with all kinds of nationalities and races, creating his own urban culture. His malaysian hip-hop culture is more to a worldwide culture, not to say just America but all over.
Raja Nas will produce and create more songs as many albums as he wants. Currently, he is helping the Malaysian Music Industry and few countries from South East Asia to build a music empire. A music that he called it as a collaboration rising by putting them in his projects. He has collab with Altimet known as the "King of Hip-Hop" in Malaysia & Vandal who is known as to be the only Canadian in Malaysia. Vandal has helped Nas to be a godbrother in his projects by mixing all of his songs and teaching him many kinds of junkies. It started when Skool of Rap was build in Singing Shop by the owner Y.M. Tengku Arisyah. She handed Vandal to put Nas in right hands for the music industry when Nas wants to build his music in Malaysia.
A young solo artist who turns out to rap and sing in the music. Being a one man show of a record label and arrange to make it by his own. He is trying to make more songs as possible and to bring out some from the Hip-Hop scene to rise away from Malaysia. As together with few artists from the Jazz, Pop, Rock and Reggae industry. A friendship with Jessica Chong and Armaani Izmee that were made as the greatest collaboration. Armaani Izmee is in the same education with Nas since they were in primary school. The both of them rise it on their own in New Zealand and United Arab Emirates than came down to Malaysia together. As Jessica Chong turns out to be Nas's own 1st godsister in the music industry. Malaysia will rise one day as it will not be forgotten till the day of the future market goes to the next level.
