Spaces in time on the musical path so far.

I was born into a musical family. My parents were both good singers. Mother Lotte had the purest voice you can imagine, Father Toni played the guitar and the harmonica, and there were one big Brother Franz and my most beloved Sister Ingrid, both music lovers too. And best of all was Grandmother Lotte, who was humming melodies all day long, every day of the year. Sometimes we all played and sang from "Mundorgel" , an old german song collection, and of course the christian holidays were full of singing. I was born December 22, 1957 nearby Cologne/ Germany and grew up in the village called Buschbell. At eight my girlfriend Ute and me joined the christian protestant children choire ... Jesus Love !... at 12 the choire of the adults in the community.

First band "Vintage", 1976, ended with the school days, I started playing theatre and gave up the church. During my studies of language and physical education I joined Cologne Bands such as "Balanco" with Tathagat and Wilhelm Künsting; "Endstation Sehnsucht" with Uri Schneider and Chandira; a great honor was to perform with Cologne underground "Catalans Dreamband" (Jacky Horn, Dominik von Senger and Stefan Krachten; Michael Ritter); "Dunkelziffer" a.o.

After some years - two years of constantly hanging in with the Stollwerk scene I discovered and decided that something deep was missing. That became very obvious to me. Thanks to friends I took the jump: Here I was: After becoming a diciple of Osho formerly known as Bhagwan in March 1987 I spent one year at the Humaniversity and joined the band in groups of personal growth.

Studio recording happened and I became a "tourist program" groupie and a resident and restistant student too.

In 1989 toured with Miten, Tathagat, Satgyan, Swagato, Homen and friends in the "Ah This Band"; studio work at the Humaniversity in Holland. Back in Cologne supported neofolk band "Traveling Microbus"; singing in the music department of the "Osho Commune International" in Pune/India in 1996/97/98; biggest honor: playing tanbura with most beloved bansuri player "Hariprasad Chaurasia" 1998/99. Since 1989 singing and playing small percussion in the "Uta Band". International production with 25 musicians from around the world (CD "Magical healing mantras"/New Earth Records).The debut album "Lovetrust" was published in 1999.The second album "Fresh" was released in 2005. This site shows also life recordings from the meditation centre Osho Uta in Cologne.

The traditional folk music of brazil became another love of mine. If you visit www.pachamama.com you will be able to listen to some tunes. Pacha Mama, I love you!

Nowadays I..m singing in satsang in Uta on sunday mornings and in the Kirtan band around Prasad from India. On May 24, 2010, I..ll present my songs in Gaia hall on the Rainbow Spirit Festival in Baden-Baden at lunchtime. Maybe meet you on the way;-)
