Coming from the german metropolis frankfurt am main, Ramin Naghachian is an electronic-music producer for more than 18 years and in many styles at home. He started his career as a composer and producer in 1989 at the same time and in the same building where Logic-Records (Snap!, Sven Väth,Moses P., Dr.Alban) was founded. He started also deejaying in a former house-club in frankfurt. He says “I have to check out the directly impression of my music to the audience”. After giving his debut with (one of the first ) techhouse on ‘New Zone’ with the project “3 times 6- you can run (but you can’t hide)”. He performs his standing under numerous projects in frankfurt and london too, e.g. Ramin, Naghachian, Afrotrance, 3 Times 6, Sad World, Ulysses, Two Heads, Hysterie... (to gave a few) as a producer recording life with warpo-exepeditions like "(where Is my) ecstasy?", “house music’s not dead” or “Trip Commando”. "Brainticket", his first single for Logic, made his name in the throb-house disco and "Moonchild" is even smoother. Ramin ploughs a similar furrow on a Queen-sampling Frankfurt Beat EP but stays underground under his Afrotrance (Harthouse, Ffm.) alter-ego. He remixes a lot of club- and dancefloormixes like cindy lauper’s “time after time” , axel bauer “cargo”, the sparks “when I kiss you”, rozalla “everybody’s free”, lohen & lomax “perfect harmony”, simon & garfunkel “the boxer”, superboys “the bonanza theme”, “amazing grace” and a lot more. He resumes and extended his musical knowledge to perform film-scores and commercials like on MTV’s commercial “Extreme” or the tv-documentary ‘Reisewege der Kunst’ (routings of the art) or ‘Schach der Grossmeister’ (chess of the great masters) In 1994 he’s getting his first chart successes with 100% (the power of the light) introducing Melanie Thornton (later singer of “la bouche” and no. 16 position in austria) or IBIZA 3000 (no.1 position in spain) . He throws out real smashing clubhits like hysterie’s “you’re the one”, or “brainticket”.Hysterie, a more commercial eurodance/house-project with female vocals, was founded in summer 1994. Many other producers from the united states–especially the famous razormaid-mixer- made remixes or covered songs like “you can run”,”you’re the one, noche de passion or acts like dj-hitchhiker with a tech-house remix of “brainticket” and “der dritte raum”, “eternal basement”…etc. Ramin also created the fantastic harmonious beatoriented environmental ethno soundtrack style “Sad World” series together with d.j. Dr.Atmo, which has been released on the "FAX-Label". His abidance wasn’t probably eternally, but even profitable, at last he changes from the publisher BMG/Sony to universal-music At the building of Doug Laurent’s Music Network (Frank Farian und Culture Beat-Produzent) amongst others he produces DJ-Ayla, Kai Tracid, Vernon’s Wonderland, Time after Time, Bladerunner and mixes with Marc Green the “Extreme Live D.J.-Set” on BMG/Sony. Covered with strange emotions, he began to transform by checking out new styles. Resurrected from the infection with the trance virus he get back to his roots- away from nervhurting, stressful, ripoff, brainless beings and relands – in Frankfurt – He concentrats his business on mixing and mastering of compilations e.g. Mykel Angel’s “Bombay Beats”, “Buddha-Bar” which is more house, lounge and ethno-hiphop, like “panjabi ho” After a fairly long time being refined, he is attending to more ambitious music – working in the Para-Meta building with Marco Wellisch aka DJ-LowMid, Elektro-Assi & KlangBilderzeuger as an spiritual kinship and partner producing elektro- and psychedelic-trance. And there is the new project Parasystem. Parasystem started its debut with an extraction from their outcoming album “toxic echo” on Raga Rams stash bag 4 (T.I.P Music- UK).
