Currently reading the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. Any personal Growth books I can get my hands on. I recommend "How to Win Friends & Influence People" sounds like your manipulating but it't really about just being nice to people. Also Your Personality Tree, Think & Grow Rich, Dare to Discipline Yourself, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, The Five Love Languages...so many more!

About me: Hi,
I'm Roland.
My family & I were all born and raised in Southern California. We enjoy going to church, spending time together as a family, snow sports, water sports, Dancing, Movies and going on dates...if we can get away!
I grew up in Southern California but lived in Europe for a few years and speak four languages. I worked as an Interpreter for a few years but realized my heart was in Real Estate. I am proud to say I am a United States Veteran and served my country and completed my term with an Honorable Discharge. After receiving my Associate Degree with emphasis in Real Estate, I became a mortgage loan officer. I then went into Real Estate Advertising afterwhich I became a Realtor and a Real Estate Appraiser.
My wife & I are both Licensed Realtors and are both California licensed appraisers. We own an appraisal firm, which gives us knowledge and expertise in real estate that puts us a cut above the competition. April however, is the "boss of me". She is a "Certified" appraiser and has been an appraiser much longer than I.
We hope to meet you personally and have enjoyed sharing a little bit about ourselves.
Who I'd like to meet: Jesus, the Pope, Mother Theresa...well, that covers religion. All the US Presidents...History. All rock stars in History, I'm not picky. Make that musicians because I love all music. Well not so much country but I can appreciate it. All Star Trek & Star Wars artists. All artists that have died of overdoses and tell them...STOP!
