This outfit came together by the extreme efforts of Lord Caruthers of botch Ville. One day while walking in the public park, by mistake Others as LC was known to both friends now deceased couldnt help wonder what sick prank he could inflict on some peasantry of the locality. The idea wasnt at first shall we say, in keeping with good practice. Unforgivably times had moved on and the old school ideal had whimpered into a poodle. So he sat down and read a book about a painter with affection for the crass, and decided to become a prog rock star. Unfortunately prog rock still wasnt invented so he joined the local brass band.
