About me:

I work as a CPS (child protective services) abuse Investigator (one of those people everyone loves to hate), with a mind to make sure children are SAFE. After all according to Pablo Casals, "you must work- we all must work to make this world worthy of its children." I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job! No two days are every the same, and it NEVER gets boring! I've also done some adjuncting work at Kilgore College and TSTC Marshall for developmental English, as English is yet another passion of mine. I'm working on my M.A. in literature (which is spinning me quickly into an obsession with Brideshead Revisited)...I'm very interested in social organizations and giving back to the community...Literature and children are my passions in life... I'm not sure what the future holds (perhaps a life living in Scotland or the Yorkshire Dales heh I can dream!)...but I'm looking forward to living it!     Yeah, we really didn't buy anything non-food related... me and Brian only bought what we ate. lol I shoulda bought some of those silly magnets.... I don't know why I wanted them so bad. Sometimes I just get the urge to be relentlessly tacky.

    BTW, we had so much fun walking around Jefferson... gotta do it again soon. Sorry we had to cut it short.... I curently have my study sheet up on Word and at the same time keeping my Myspace up so I don't feel completely shut off from the world... oh yeah and eating mac n cheese.
