Sounds Like
"Chunky like a crack huffing grease monkey," per The Sorrys.
"Our rock has been known to cause extreme dehydration," per Larry.
"The first three rows are likely to conceive," per Brian.
We always liked music that made us want to kick things. We like dirty topics, clean topics, angry topics.
With over 40 years of friendship between the three of us, we are aware, disillusioned but not disheartened, tired, barely having escaped our twenties: it is indeed a glamorous existence for The Panties. Aaron and Jess just divorced each other this year. Fortunately, they make better bandmates than spouses. Aaron is a Designer, which means he pulls on his hair a lot. Jessica takes people to lunch and talks about network efficiency, workflow, return on investments and paradigms. Mike is a painter, his work is always in someone's gallery, and he helps out with the family business among other stuff. When he is not working one of his 14 jobs, he's making babies and laying down the phat bottom for us.
Mainly, this is sort of a beer hobby; a beery, face-melty, good time hobby. We don't sell anything, but we can usually give the audience something to take away. We used to play about once a month, but now we sort of stick to quarterly shows (see previous paragraph). We'll let you know where we're playing (just as soon as we find out).
Just thanking you for the kind words on our bulletin, and we're glad you still enjoy the demo. We're going to be playing the Preservation Pub later this month if you can make it.
hey Guys1 I'll probably try to make it down to see the show but probably don't really wanna put my acoustic shit in front of four rock bands. I thought it was just the two of ya'll playing and ya needed me to kill some time. Another time I'd love to do something acoustic. That's wear my heads at a lot these days anyway. That and I'm collaborating long distance with the Stillborns-You can check that out at www.myspace.com/stillbornscum I'm singing through a desk top Mic though as I can't get an adapter to work on this puter. If by chance I don't make it out, Have a great show!!
