Random Rampage first started broadcasting in Januray of 2007, though the concept came around six months before in June 2006. However Random Rampage's birthday is down as the 12th of April 2007 since that's when the new look higher quality station went live.
During the next few months both playlist and listener base grew in size. By the end of 2007 we had grown to get a few thousand listeners per month. In Janary of 2008 Random Rampage was voted 2nd in the Net Radio Awards 2008 after which our listener base grew even more.
Not much changed on station over the next few months apart from our first birthday. Until the start of the summer 2008 when some improvements started to happen. The website got a facelift and content was added far more regularaly as Sharpie started to post. The playlist was also given an overhaul with all this traffic to the website grew.
In November of '08 a new 160kbps stream was added bringing the station into a new era of high quailty boardcasting.... Which brings us up to current times.
