Randy Gibson Alternative Americana Rock...
Raised by a major dysfunctional family, Randy Gibson found music to be his safest outlet for his pent up anger and frustration. He joined his first band, “ Blue Sage”, in Redding, Ca. in 1980, doing covers like Wasted, Space Station Number Five, Systems of the Universe and Manic Depression. He paid some dues playing in bands and gigging in any place he could, eventually discovering his calling as a power vocalist, being noticed by his soulful voice and heart felt lyrics. In the early nineties he grouped with Terry Steven where he met Matt & Tracy Longstreth. Tracy Produced Randy's first record Krysis ”Bad Man”. Little did he know there was a future with Matt & Tracy that would lead him to the great Ronnie King, Writer, Producer and Performer.
"This was God working man!" Producer Ronnie King. "Doing Randy's second record, Randy Gibson "Unhinged", was a pleasure for me really. We did the four song demo in three days and the first day doesn't count cause we started having to much fun and went and partied. Randy was really serious though. He brought his voice and paid the studio and we produced the record. This one wasn't about money for me. But when I met Randy he just walked in and said, "I’m serious about this bro" He had so many songs and I liked allot of them. They were all over the place, rock tunes, country, top forty, blues, alternative, adult contemporary, and more. He was American. he was the truck driving hard working pushy artistic guy next door. He writes about the way he feels. So, all I had to do was get him to kill his demons and explore the studio space and we started getting something. But, it's four songs. We have only scratched the surface. Randy Has much more to offer us all. We'll be back in the studio soon and a hole new side of Randy Gibson is sure to expose itself. Ronnie King.

I had a dream the other night that I was stuck at security and couldn't get in to see your stadium debut? Then I could hear you in the back ground jamin with a huge crowd. I know its been a long haul but it is refreshing to see someone follow there dreams for so long as you. The crystal will have that many more bubbles in it when u do get there.
